Return Eligibility

Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: Products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original condition. We do not accept returns if the product seal is broken or if there are any signs of use.

Product Type: Due to the perishable nature of our goods, most food products are not eligible for return. This includes all coffee, cocoa, and other consumables.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
